"John Alguire and his crew arrived promptly and got straight to work. They had to remove an old sidewalk, dig out and remove 4 large tree roots, then prepare for the new cement, extending the sidewalk all the way to the street. They also sloped the new sidwalk to repair a drainage problem. The work was done beautifully. They even cleared the culvert pipe that runs under the new sidwalk extension. The work was completed in one day and for the quoted price. John and his workers were all polite and professional"

"The job went great. I was expecting two full days of work but they actually completed the job in a day and a half. Craftsmanship was excellent. I gave them a picture of a mailbox I liked and they duplicated it perfectly. To be honest, my mailbox is superior to the one we were copying due to better detail work. They brought all the equipment, sand, mortar, concrete block, wire, conduit, etc. All I had to do was pick up a mailbox and a light. I would highly recommend them for any masonry, brick, or stone work you need done. Thank you Dave for a great experience!!"

"I got three estimates and ‘58 Foundation was by far the best. They explained all my options and worked within my budget. I needed foundation repair in specific areas under a load bearing wall and around my front door. They showed up on time. The foreman, Cam, kept me informed on the process. He along with the crewmen, Jordan and Keylin were courteous and professional and left the work area even cleaner than they found it. My house is over 100 yrs old and when I walk around now, the floors feel very solid."

"The owner was very professional, but he is apparently out of town a lot, so he sends out his men to do job and they didn't always come through.  His men left the job unfinished in the back of the house but after a call to the owner, he personally came to the property and completed the work even adding trim to where fascia meets soffits and replacing two pieces of soffit at the rear of the property.   He felt really bad, apologized profusely and claimed he fired the man who left the job unfinished.  He threw in additional work for free.  I would use him again, although the price did seem a bit steep.  "
