"We selected this vendor bye reviewing a local Christian radio station's handyman listing and then by using Angie's List. They are listed on both. The vendor is a local family owned business. The initial call was answered promptly. The person was very upbeat, friendly, seemed extremely knowledgeable about repairs such as this. The person making the repair came by the house about an hour after the call. An estimate was given to repair each door individually. We authorized the repair and the handyman returned the next morning on time and with the materials needed to make the repair on the outer door. The handyman proceeded to remove the damaged outer door and frame. The repair was outstanding. He worked very deliberately. He took his time and made sure everything was lined up on the new door and frame. The cost was what he had estimated; $150 to remove the old door and frame and install the new ones plus the exact cost of the materials (door and frame). We are extremely pleased with the repair and will definitely use this vendor in the future. We have used several handyman services previously with the "normal" issues of not being on time, not having the material needed, poor quality of workmanship. There were no issues with this repair. We highly recommend their services."

We have a brick house so the pressure washing was the trim and the sidewalk along with cleaning off the roof. He pointed out that we needed some work on our soffit and facia. "Mario was personable, professional and on time both days. Before starting the job the front doors were smooth with some paint peeling. He power washed, sanded and painted. The end product is undesirable doors; therefore, they need to replaced. Mario apologized for the way they turned out and tried correcting but to no avail. He deducted for the time spent on the doors. Mario did not complete much of the work we had previously discussed and was part of the original estimate. He did complete power washing, cementing and caulking in specified areas as well as touch up painting and adjusting the side door."

"I contacted Mr. Love on Friday at around noon. He was available and arrived an hour and a half later, as promised. He looked over the items needing repair for a while. He had to leave for parts and returned about 45 minutes later. After he returned, he did the repairs and was on his way within a couple hours.  <br /> <br /> I had been dealing with the leaky tub for quite some time. It is such a HUGE relief to have it repaired!
