I need to have hard wood floors repaired or replaced - am trying too get good recommendations on what to do with it. The first time that I called, they took my number, said they would get back to me but did not. The second time that I called, the person that I talked with (sorry, but not good at remembering names) - as I understood it - said they would contact me in a few days when they planned to be in the area (passing through) but I didn't hear from them. The third time that I contacted them, they told me the town that I lived in ;wasn't in the range/area that they worked in (can't remember the exact comments but basically a bit far to travel). I certainly understand this. But, it would have been helpful if someone told me this on the first contact. My time is valuable as I know their time is as well - I certainly wouldn't have tried multiple times.
