"My husband and I are having our home built for our property and need a Septic Tank installed. This will be our first experience with such a system as we have always lived within city limits that provided City Sewer Service. I found Jerry Thigpen Septic Tank Svc in an online search. I called and left a message on the answering machine at noon and received a call back within 35 minutes. Spoke to Mr and Mrs Thigpen, they both were very professional and pleasant to speak to. "Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."

"Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."
