My only complaint was that the originally-scheduled appointment had to be rescheduled when the technician failed to show up, due to illness. While this is obviously unavoidable at times and unfortunate, the company could benefit from having a system in place to notify customers when an appointment needs to be reschedule, provide a replacement technician, or offer a discount on the services. Instead, we waited and eventually called to check on the appointment, only to be met with confusion and eventually a need to reschedule.
