"Right off the bat, Andrew was personable and very informative. He explained different options and also kept us in the loop about the permit process. Then came installation time; Andrew and his team worked quickly and installed our black chain link fence in no time at all! "They installed an exhaust fan and painted. They did a wonderful job. Will use them again. Very efficient"

"Dave & Andrew were awesome to work with. They were prompt in responses, gave an accurate timeline of when they could install the fence, and quoted a very fair price. The entire installation was completed in just a few hours. The workmanship is top notch and the materials were quality. Not only did they install my fence they also quoted my neighbor's fence at the same time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simple Fence to anyone. This is an excellent company to hire for any fence installation needs."

"Andrew contacted me and came out to my house to take measurements of the property where the fences were to be installed. I needed chain link and vinyl. He took care of permits and materials. No down payment was required. He gave me an estimate and a contract. Yesterday they prepared the property and removed the old fencing. They installed the fence posts as well. Today they finished up the project and advised if there were any problems or questions to let them know. I couldn't be more pleased with the project. It would be really nice if every home improvement company could be this amazing to work with."

"BMW offers top notch products, prices, customer service and workers/installers who are very efficient and cleaned up thoroughly after work was done. I am very pleased with my fences and I highly recommend BMW Fences & Decks."

"Outstanding -- both the office staff (Marissa) I dealt with scheduling this service as well as the team member (Todd) who did the work were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and I was contacted when Todd was on the way to my home and I was even given a link to track his progress. He arrived on time and the work performed exceeded my expectations. It truly was a joy working with Marissa and Todd and I definitely will use their services again when the need arises. The only reason I gave a "B" rating for price is because their hourly charge is a bit more than the other quotes I received; however, I believe the quality of service they provide far exceeds the small incremental cost."

"

I purchased the deal for contractor for the week which is really about 35 hours of contracting labor.  Overall, the experience went well.  Myriad did a lot of work between two properties; one of which is a rental and the other a newly purchased home.  They did the below for me:

Hung two ceiling fans

Replaced trim around exterior of sliding glass door (installer did use non paintable caulk which caused some issues trying to paint it)

Replaced trim around garage access door

Planted a 4 foot tree

Replaced gate hardware and rehung

Sealed fence and deck

Installed ceiling mounted storage for garage (owner did cut himself pretty badly in the process and we had to call an ambulance)

Cleaned gutters

Painted some of the trim in our dinning room

Overall, Myriad was very punctual and professional through all of the work.  Some of the work probably could have a little more attention as noted above.  If I had one gripe I would say they shorted me about 3 hours of work as one of the first days they were supposed to plant the tree and seal the fence/deck.  Unfortunately it had unexpectedly rain that morning allowing him to only plant the tree and he stated the rest of the time would be credited; however, the worker ended up leaving the company between that appointment and the next one and that was never passed along.  Probably more my fault for not being a stickler in terms of the overall amount of hours remaining.  Either way, I would still recommend Myriad as they did good work at a good price and I would consider them a trustworthy company.

"Jesse and his team did a great job installing a new roof for my home. Pricing was fair and within budget. The project was completed in only a few days and was scheduled efficiently to avoid rain. I was more than satisfied with the project and also hired Crawford Construction for replacing windows."
