When the company came out to quote the project, they took as much time as needed to explain the job they planned to do, go over options and decision points, and answer all questions we had. We had a quote before they left the property. The quote itself, although not the cheapest we got, was competitive with the other quotes we received. Once agreed upon, the job was scheduled quickly.
