"The Crew did a great job. They were timely, finished on schedule and were very professional. They installed turf at our preschool and the kids enjoyed watching them work. They went above and beyond to clean up after the job was complete. When we noticed something seemed off with part of the turf they fixed it right away without question and didn't stop until the job was completed and we were 100% satisfied."

"These guys were great. Always answered my calls, texts in a timely manner, performed all the work we had discussed and then some ( went the extra mile when I asked to get us more plants at the last minute)! My experience with other landscapers were they never returned calls and seemed to have difficulty finding the plants we wanted - Sherpa Landscaping came through and did an excellent job - highly recommend!!!"

"Exceptional!!! I cannot recommend them enough. Please call the owner, Rodrigo Ortiz. You will be sooooo glad you did!!! He installed new sod for me in my whole backyard, as well as soil/mulch, and it looks beautiful!! He also installed more dirt in part of the yard to even out the ground, and planted new plants, as well as trimming all plants in the front and back, and mulching the front. My yards finally look finished now!! He walked through the entire process with me, kept in constant phone contact, gave me great pricing, and had all of this work done in a matter of days. He can handle anything and everything. Please contact him about any landscape project you have, no matter how large or small, and he and hus team will do a wonderful, professional job. I highly recommend them!"

"I was impressed by the quality of the product and Jeff Garcia's promoting of the System Pavers. Mike Cowan oversaw the installation and worked to correct a problem with one of the pieces of turf. The replacement was installed this morning and my yard looks beautiful!"

"Nick & Justin, owners of Cutting Edge Landscape & Design are two of the most honest businessmen I've encountered in my professional career. Their work is impeccable and one need look no further than the landscape installation they've provided to Shadow Hills Country Club. What a wonderful job around the new clubhouse and wedding venue area! They are also, what I would describe as, a HUGE success story for our area. They have grown their small business to a level of success that is rarely seen these days. I would recommend them to any business or homeowner in need of NEW landscaping and/or maintenance of existing! Well done guys. DW Volk"

"Call All Seasons on Friday 10/2/2018 to request an estimate to excavate of a 20’ X 18’ (approx 12” deep) area of my yard which also included a tree stump. Darrick came by the same day, provides a quote of $400, which I accepted and his crew to complete the work the following day. We had hope to use a small excavator to complete the job, but it was 1-2 inches too wide to fit through my stationary arbor, so his crew of 6 jumped in and complete the job by hand, including the stump/root removal. They completed the job in 2 hrs and Darrick did not charge me a dollar more than quoted. He and his crew were incredibly hardworking and courteous and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Darrick provided me with other great ideas for upcoming yard projects and I will definitely be contacting All Seasons in the future."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Eugene, OR

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
