Once paying the down payment I was contacted to have exact measurements on the windows. This took about a month, which fit into our schedule. The windows were made within a couple weeks, and I was contacted to set up a time for installation. A team of 3 drove up from Salem, Oregon, to do the installation. The workmanship was great and cleanup met my satisfaction as well. Installation took 2 days."
