"It was awful. Somehow, the techs managed to dislodge and bend the ceiling vent cover for my central air. It was probably from moving furniture. Instead of fixing the large cover, or telling me what happened, they left the bent metal cover just sitting on my floor. It no longer clips into place. I guess I will be ordering a new cover from Home Depot, while still paying full-price for their service. I have used them for years, and the customer service has definitely diminished over time. They do not accept requests for specific teams, even if you have a favorite team and are willing to wait for them because they do superior work. I will be securing a new carpet cleaners for my rentals and home."
