"It went very well.  They were friendly, professional, proud of their work and absolutely did not mind answering our millions of questions.  They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess (wish our children would follow suit).  The bathroom subfloor had water damage due to cracked tile and they realized the original contractor had used the wrong type of flooring.  They corrected that, replaced the tile, added more support in the basement and basically made our previously ugly bathroom pretty again.  We plan on remodeling the entire home and will be using them.   <br />"

"The first time the company sent an employee out he did an absolutely horrible job, and we brought the problem to the company's attention. They then sent out another employee and everything was done perfectly. The company is very great at following through and correcting the problem. I was thrilled with the services after they came and fixed our problem. They were very prompt in responding to the issue we had. We also had the company do some drywall work in the home and it is perfect. Wade Short is the one who fixed the windows and completed the drywall job. He was very polite, considerate, cleaned up after he was done, and did excellent work."

"Doug's a good guy.  He started on time and ended on time. Doug (and his brother) did a great job.  He tore out the existing carpet in the bedroom and laid down a laminate wood floor.  He also tore out existing shelving in the walk-in closet and laid down laminate wood floor and installed a washer/dryer.  He had to tap into plumbing lines in the adjacent bathroom for the washer which went well.  We also painted both rooms, including trim.  One nice touch was Doug had recommendations to improve the project, without necessarily adding costs.   Skilled, punctual, reasonably priced and nice.  I can recommend Doug for remodel projects. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"
