"The roof looks pretty good. It took a couple of months to get the supplies - which is understandable in these times. I had stressed with the representative that my gutters were new, and "Charles" assured me that the workers would loosen them from the house and then re-attach them carefully. What they did was to nail the gutters back onto the house by using a nail gun and placing nails every 4" or so with no care as to whether or not the gutters were properly angled to run water into the downspouts! I got the gutters because I thought I could wait a couple of years before needing a roof replacement- but then I got a leak and had to hire a roofer. I chose one from Angi because they are great. They research their contractors and stand behind their work. So, unfortunately, I now have oil on my driveway where the the workers parked their leaky truck ("Charles said he would look into finding something that might clean that up.... but I never heard another word about it) and also a damaged ceiling in my outdoor utility from the pounding as they removed old shingles, so I have to repair those..... And, of course, I have to pay to have new gutters installed because the old /new ones were damaged so badly that they cannot be repaired. I contacted the G & G Roofing office and left my concerns with female who answered the phone, but did not receive a call back -Three times. I texted "Charles", but my text was not acknowledged. I could have overlooked the oil and the ceiling repair but the gutters are very expensive and were discussed on day one. How very frustrating!!"

"Extremely professional, very responsive in getting to look job over to give quotation.Quotation was generated after looking over roof. Quotation was explained throughly with all options of products available with plus and minuses of each. Though explanation of permitting process was given which contractor took care of..All warranty info was gone thur for product choosen with contractors warranty. Contractors arrived when he said he would to install with professional crew and was present for entire installation. Clean up was done to perfection with out any debris or nails from removed roof. Contractors inspected roof with us and even provide drone camera viewing of roof and provided still down loads of drone pics to our phones. Contractor took care of all needed county requirements for after installation inspection. I strongly recommend Blue Cedar. It was a most pleasurable experience."

"I contacted Allstate Exteriors in Ohio on 7 October when I noticed water stains on our ceiling as a result of Hurricane Ian. Approximately 2 hours later I was contacted by the Allstate Exteriors General Manager for Florida, Rick Fritz asking me what was going on. He said he remembered me from having a new roof in Jan 2022. I told him about the leak, and he said he would have a man at my house the next morning NLT 0800. At 0745 Dave Dravies arrived and went up in the attic and quickly identified the problem area and said it could be one of two things-flashing or shingles that had been ripped off during the hurricane. Either way, Allstate was going to fix the problem free of charge. He told me Rick requested and received several roofers from their Ohio office and they would send their senior man out the next day to identify specifically what the problem was and immediately fix it. Moses arrived at 0810, went up in the attic, identified the problem area, sprayed the area with a solution to prevent mold, moved the insulation away from the damaged ceiling as the dry wall would have to be cut out and replace and then went on the roof. He spent approximately 3 hours on the roof repairing the problem area and was done. All of this happened in 3 days due to the leadership and foreword thinking of Rick Fritz. He knew Allstate in Florida was going to need every man the Ohio office could spare, and he immediately requested them. Heâ s also hired some first rate, customer service-oriented employees like Dave Dravies. Finally, his entire team understood his intent â take care of previous customers followed immediately by the hundreds of people seeking assistance with their damaged roof. Our son lives in Cape Coral, he sustained significant damage to his roof and is now high up on the Allstate Exteriors work list because Iâ m an existing customer. Who does this? Rick Fritz and the Allstate Exteriors employees."
