They cleared the shingles of the old roof, put in new flashing where there were leaks, replaced outdated exhaust vents, and installed shingles in 2.5 days. They could have been finished earlier except for the extreme day-time high temperatures. When finished with the roofing they cleaned up the surrounding area and only missed a few nails and clips. "They were more expensive and I had a hard time getting in touch with them for follow up. Didn't go up in the attic and even look for a leak, just told me what I needed to repair. I made them come back later and go up in the attic. First time I tried to call back, the mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. Then when I finally did get in touch with them and set up a meeting time, they didn't show up. Finally called the office and got them back out. They did so some touch up sealing with silicone around my chimney, which was another leak I had previously, for free to make up for my inconveniences."
