"I can’t say enough great things about the work done on my in-law’s floors. They were getting the house ready to sell, and the transformation is honestly unbelievable. The old tile was removed and replaced with beautiful hardwood flooring, and the existing floors were refinished to perfection. They truly look brand new—like something out of a model home. The color and richness of the wood were completely brought back to life, and the attention to detail really shows. The entire space feels warmer, brighter, and more updated. Not only was the quality of work outstanding, but the whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. If you’re looking to refresh your floors or completely transform your space, I highly recommend Ismael and his team. You won’t be disappointed!"

"Danny and his staff at Modern Quality Flooring have delivered quality craftsmanship multiple times while working on floors in our home. They are always quick to deliver estimates, give reliable timelines, arrive early to complete their job, and do beautiful work. They have installed wood flooring throughout entire floors in our house, patched, sanded and stained existing hardwood, and are planning to install laminate flooring in our basement next. We trust them to guide us in all future flooring endeavors."

"The project went smoothly. I had a short window in which to work as the furniture on our 1st floor was removed for another project. I set up interviews with a number of companies, received estimates, and Mike's worked out the best. They were honest about how the project saying that some old stains on the floors might not sand out; the stairs treads and risers would need to be sanded by hand, therefore would cost a bit more; and the wood used to patch would not exactly match due to age. All of this I understood since the floors were over 100 years old. They had their staff on site early on the day they said they'd start. They worked as quickly as the weather would allow and the project was completed within the time they expected. Its been almost two years and the floors still look great. I waited a while to make this review in order to see if the work would hold up and it still looks nice. Now I'm hoping for another big project in which the furniture on our 2nd floor will be removed so they can do those floors."

"Excellent Floor Installation & Staining Marcel and his Team did an excellent job installing and staining my floors! I recently purchased a condo and the floors were very creaky and not the color I wanted. After contacting Marcel, he quickly came to my place to give a quote. Marcel and team quickly got to work and provided me with regular and clear updates. My floors were fully replaced and stained within a week. The Team had to put in extra work as there were electrical conduits under most of my floors The floors now do not squeak at all and the stain looks great! I would definitely recommend Marcel to my family and friends and would hire again. Thank you, Marcel & Team!"

"We hired Footprints Floors to replace worn-out flooring for my Inlaws basement. Kyle was easy to work with, professional, and finished the job in a timely manner using his expert flooring installer Raimundo. The floors turned out beautiful- had vinyl laminate flooring installed using three different complementary shades for the bathroom, main room, hallway, and stairs. Everything turned out great and looks beautiful! Raimundo paid attention to details such as the molding, and transitions from room to room and the stairs are like new and no longer creak! I would most definitely hire Kyle and his team for future projects!"

"Jose and his team were communicative, quick and overall very easy to work with. They completed the refinishing and staining of my hardwood floors (~1500 sq ft) with quarter round replacement in 2 days. I am so happy with my new floors and highly recommend them."

"A repair to my wood floor in powder room. Chris and his staff were excellent to work with—responsive, professional, and project was completed on time. This was my first experience with A Step Ahead and no qualms recommending them—they were superb! The repair was completed with highest quality of workmanship, efficiency, and work area was neat and clean."

"The kitchen floor looks brand new. Andrei replaced cracked or damaged maple boards, sanded the floor so the entire floor was level and sealed it with water-base sealer with a beautiful matted finish. It looks great. The remainder of the home has the original stained oak floors. Through the years many boards cracked & become unstable. He patiently removed the damaged boards, replaced the oak boards, sanded the boards to the same level as the existing flooring. He mixed the stain to match the existing floor stain color and urethane entire floor. The floor is now uniform in color, the patch repairs are not visibly different to the existing flooring when walking into the rooms. I am so pleased of the work performed and Andrei took his time to do it the right way and listened to what we wanted done."

"George and his team were excellent! The cost and time to finish were very close to his estimate. We had asked for additional work to be done and his price was very reasonable and he easily adapted to what we wanted to do. He had a team that specialized in wood floors, banisters and door installations. They started and finished the job without interruption working 9am-5pm. They are very hard workers with attention to detail. Floors, baseboards, banisters, spindles, trim, closets, doors all looked perfect and many great suggestions were made by the owner along the way. George has been in the business for many years and has a very positive and friendly personality. This makes it easier for the homeowners like us to have dreams become a reality. I walk in my house now and it feels totally new!! I only wish we had more rooms for them to work on. I am sure you will be very satisfied by the excellent work Superior Hardwood Flooring provides!"

"We had our kitchen and hallway tiles removed and hardwoods installed to match the existing living room floors. We also had the living room floor refinished. The final product is amazing. You can’t tell the difference between the old and new- the transition is seem less. The price was very fair. The crew worked efficiently and cleaned up completely at the end and moved my furniture back. I highly recommend them to all my friends."
