"I called NMTI regarding a leaky roof. They not only answered my call (at least 6 other roofers didnt pick up or return a call), but they came out on two days later to give me a quote. Ramon came to my house and was the consummate professional. He explained the options to me and was very honest with his quote. He basically said the job would only require 1 man for a couple hours of work so it would be their minimum charge. He offered to have someone come out on Monday (2 days later). It was delayed one day because of rain, but the work was completed by 9am on Tuesday. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Juan regarding an entire roof replacement. I know it is necessary, it wasnt something they tried to push on me. Juan came out this morning and measured my roof and provided me with a quick, detailed, and very fairly priced quote. Not only would I recommend NMTI for their service, I'd also recommend them because they are good and honest people that have treated my wife and I with the utmost respect."

"Hired Hennelly & Son to remove and replace roofs on house and detached garage. Also had some small repairs, gutter cleaning and minor gutter repair work done. Joe Jr. handled the job with his crew of 10 in one day. They arrived as advertised at 7AM and completed the job by 4:45PM. It was obvious that they all knew what they were doing and that they worked well together. Everyone in the crew was friendly and polite. They were careful to not damage any part of the property and their cleanup after the job was done was excellent. I have only good things to say about young Joe and his crew. "FRS Roofing won the bid to fix the main slate roof and the 4 rubber porch roofs on my home. Chris from FRS provided the winning estimate after taking a meticulous inspection of the roofs which included identifying the number of slates needed to restore the main roof. He also explained why the rubber roofs installed by a local contractor 20 years ago had prematurely failed. The FRS work crews assigned to our project were all skilled and knowledgeable of their craft. Every crew member possessed a good demeanor and showed respect for our property. Once started, the job was completed without delay as can sometimes occur when a crew is pulled to work on another project. An unforeseen delay did occur when the chimney was being re-flashed. During the bidding process, all visible sides of the chimney appeared to be in fair shape. Once the crew could see the far side of the chimney, they discovered it was completely devoid of mortar. I was shown a photo of this miracle house of cards and immediately authorized a complete rebuild of the chimney which FRS performed at a reasonable additional cost. There were no surprises with the rubber roofs. The original fiber board underlayment which was disintegrating from water damage was replaced with a new material that is impervious to water. Also, the proper rubber was used on the edge strip to prevent it from peeling off as had happened on the old rubber roof. Overall, I am more than satisfied with the job and would not hesitate to use FRS roofing again for any property new or old!"

"Stella installed a new roof and skylights for us in November 2018. I had shopped around with various providers and I really appreciated the way Steve walked me through the process. They completed the whole job on a Saturday and even were able to work around receiving a skylight that was incorrectly sized by the manufacturer. Since then, I also hired Stella to replace the decking on my balcony (which took about a week), and also a couple small jobs like painting the outside of our three-story home, replacing some rotting baseboard, and installing new gutters. The baseboard job came up while we were doing a landscaping project, Milton from Stella came quickly on short notice to keep that project on schedule. Milton goes above and beyond -- I saw him stay late to fix something that I think the landscapers were supposed to do. The Stella team is friendly and always does a great job of cleaning up the job site. Steve has also been very clear on pricing and was also helpful in getting me the right receipts when our solar-powered skylight installation retroactively qualified for a tax credit after the laws were updated in 2020. We have recommended Stella to our neighbors who have also been happy with their work!"
