He then rebuilt the subfloor, updated plumbing, organized electrical, installed shower, tiled the floor, painted the walls, tiled the walls, set up the sink, mirror, lights, new ceiling fan, new heater ducts, the works!!! Not only did he do a superlative job, he showed up every day, worked every day, communicated with me on every step, and delivered exactly what I asked for.
