"Jesse and his crew did an outstanding job on our old and ugly driveway. When he was done my wife wouldn’t let me drive on it….that is how great it looked. On time, good communication, and very reasonable pricing. I can’t wait to hire him for my paving. "

"I hired Will and his crew to demo and remove my concrete driveway and install an asphalt driveway. Will was very responsive and had great ideas on extending my driveway in certain areas. He was knowledgeable and it made sense and it didnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t even charge me for the extension"

"On my sport court all seemed well till John put down the lines. Every edge had paint bleed through on all the lines for the court. I pointed out to him I was not happy with how it looked. He insisted that it looked good. But he did offer to come back to fix it. I dont think he can and I wont risk him making it worse. It was obvious to me that Jonny was lazy, and just wanted to get paid not concerned with the quality of the work."

FAQs for asphalt paving repair or patch projects in Everett, WA

With routine maintenance, a new residential asphalt driveway can last 15 to 20 years. In regions with heavy rain or freeze-thaw cycles, plan on extra maintenance to hit the upper end of that range. Concrete surfaces last even longer, from 20 to 25 years. Regular sealing and quick crack repairs go a long way toward preserving both materials.

You can pour new concrete over an existing driveway as long as the base slab is solid. Pros often place a three- to four-inch overlay to create a strong bond. If the old concrete is cracked or spalling badly, it’s wiser to remove it and start fresh to ensure durability.

Keep the surface in top shape by sealing it on schedule and tackling damage right away. Roll on a quality seal coat every three years for asphalt, and reseal concrete as needed while patching any flaws you spot. Staying ahead of small issues prevents bigger, pricier repairs and keeps your driveway looking sharp.
