"I went through like 3 other chimney groups including Chimney Sweep Masters and they all gave me conflicting information. Emerald City Chimney on the other hand was honest and thoroughly dismantled all the b******* the others tried to sell me. That’s what happens when you actual experienced workers take the lead instead of salespeople. It took a while to figure out exactly what the best approach would be, but in the end I got a job done for like $650 when the others wanted like $3000. I bought a custom fit chimney cap myself for like $200 I think and then had emerald city retrofit and install it for $450."

"The job was accomplished & finished in August 2021. He was very respectful & enthusiastic to do our project as it was a custom design job. It was an intriguing job since it involved various metal angles & trying to adhere to code requirements. There was an initial railing done, but we were not happy with the fact that it wasn’t adhering to code standards. He created a new railing to replace the initial one. We are extremely pleased with the job he did. He’s young, professional & really worked with us and the initial design that we intended to have completed for our main floor renovation. "I could not be happier with the warranty work performed on our large dining room glider windows. Both Michael Donahue and Nick Baxter came up with a collaborative solution to remedy an uneven top reveal that spanned the length of our three piece large window. The original install had a few flaws that allowed both glider windows to detach fully from the top if opened due to not shimming the top window edge correctly which resulted in crowning of the whole top part of the 3 piece window. Mike and Nick came out and helped us decide on a solution that would make my wife and I happy. It took Mike and Nick a half day to redo the window. At the end I was completely satisfied as I am sure my wife will be when she comes home tonight to see the work performed. From the gentleman who sold me on the products, to the gentleman who came to take the final measurements, to the man who scheduled and ordered all the products I could tell that this was an exceptional company.
