This  had to be painted and this was accomplished. <br /> Hernan and his staff are very pleasant and he and his helper did a great job -they cleaned up each day to my satisfaction and  the last day he did some final work. <br /> I was satisfied with the price he gave me as I had a leak that had damaged the soffit and had the potentilal to allow water into the home- I did not go out for bids as he had given me good service at a great price on a previous occasion. <br /> As he is a small business man with 4-6 employees he is on the job each day with his helper- one is therby able to talk directly to the owner if there are questions. <br /> <br />"
