"RNB came out with several samples of all of the artificial turfs that they can install, talked thru the pros, cons and cost differences of turf vs natural grass. Ultimately we decided on their Natural 90 turf for our backyard landscaping. They were very flexible when making changes to the design and quick to respond with the updates and any change in pricing. Once locked in the work was done on time and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Couldn’t be happier with the look and feel of the turf for our kids and dogs to enjoy for years to come!"

Although we knew we needed to start with a retaining wall and re-grading of our backyard, we figured we would be doing our backyard over haul in phases (construction, rock install, irrigation system and sod, etc). "We had grass removed, paver walkways installed and rocks were expanded (about $15,000 in total). Overall, the work performed was done very well. The paver prep and installation was excellent. They had to cut pavers around two curved concrete areas. The paver cuts for this were outstanding. The rock they initially installed, did not match our existing rock. They indicted the existing rock would be matched the best they could, but it really looked bad and had small gravel pieces within it all over. Our existing rock was from 3/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch in diameter. After contacting the owner about this issue, she made a special trip to look it over and agreed it did not match. The owner fixed the issue by removing the rock that was installed and bringing in rock that was all 1 1/2 inch thick and a better color match. We really appreciated that the owner was willing to fix this for us at no additional charge. We have worked with some businesses that are not willing to correct their mistakes. This company did and went above and beyond to fix it. We highly recommend Rocky Mountain Snow Removal and Landscape."
