"I will start by saying that Sean is a nice man, who works hard and gets a lot done when he shows up, but that is the catch. Over the several months I tried to work with him he did NOT ONCE show up when he said he would. Here's what I experienced over and over and over again; He would tell me "I'll be there in the morning". Then around noon after asking "are you coming?" I might finally get a text back saying he "got delayed" or some other excuse, but that he was coming. Then he would either not show up at all or roll in at like 4 or 5 p.m racing around trying to do my yard work in the dark. Or he'd say, "can't get there today (monday) how about Tues?" then Weds? Then the same thing would happen Weds. Then Thurs. On and on. I mean I have never met someone who was such a poor time manager in my life. Worse is that when he would show up at my house, often after dark, inevitably there would be mishaps. One of those evenings his partner left my hose on full blast above my house, which flooded out my entire foundation. Another time he left crates upturned, my tools strewn about in the rain, articles of his clothing and trash in the driveway. Last time he was here he made off with my nice rake and digging stick, and left piles of yard waste behind. And he couldn't seem to understand that it's not cool, or legal, to have mowers and blowers running late night in my quiet neighborhood. Now weeks later none of my tools have been returned. Stolen at this point. And he seems unable to understand how infuriatingly rude it is to leave someone waiting for you over and over again. He just wants me to know how "busy" he is. and that he's trying to "fit me in". I don't know how many other people he does this to, but he always seemed to be racing to or from another angry customer waiting on him. It's too bad, because he does good work when he gets to it. But the man needs a scheduler or time management training, because he's wearing both himself and his customers out."
