I asked him about giving me a bid for seeding my yard, but he hasn't started yet. However, I have already done it and so, it doesn't matter. I will probably use his services next year too."

"He kind of came and I wanted him to look at the sprinklers, but it turned out I had a problem with the sprinkler box. So, he kind of fixed that and then, we did not do any more. I’d say I was happy with the fact that he found the problem and fixed it, but when he left, I realized he had not checked out the sprinklers, which was really my fault as well. We just kind of got side-tracked, but I thought he did a reasonable job. The problem that I had called him out for was more or less related to the sprinkler heads themselves, but it turned out the sprinkler box needed to be programmed and fixed up and so he ended up spending his time doing that without doing the others. I was not having that much of a problem with the sprinkler heads. I was quite satisfied with the time that he spent at what he did because I was not getting it to be able to work right. This was my first time to use them and there was one technician that came out.  I think he did a good job at what he did. He is very professional."

They were kind and professional and kept the cost to a minimum even doing extra bricks and dirt outside of contract. I mean, who does that these days? Other companies we dealt with before were difficult and changed the cost before the job was done. Only Messengers never changed the cost and even did extra work. They also worked around bad weather and heavy rains. Eric was so sweet and answered all the questions we had at any time of the day. And believe me, we are difficult customers. He also came many times to check on our yard weeks after the project was over to make sure everything was good."
