"Hired him last year, and paid him for two jobs at my house. He completed one of the jobs, but couldn't do the second job on the same day, and asked if he could return to complete it. He asked me later if he could delay the second job because of the cold weather, so I agreed. As the weather warmed up, I hit him up to inquire about completing the second job, more delays. Was scheduled to come back. He was a no show, and he did not give me a courtesy call to explain why he did not make the appointment. After another rescheduled appointment, he called to reschedule that one. Another time he stated that it would be raining, it did not rain. He was scheduled to come back another time, but said that it was supposed to rain. The forecast did not call for rain that morning. He never showed up, and again he never had the decency to call me after I made sure that I would be home again, as I did the other previous times. He made the excuse that he does not control the weather, however it did not rain on either of the last two scheduled appointment days. After I waited, and then waited for him to get back to me, he said he would send me a refund for the second job that I paid for. I haven't received it yet. I'll pass on using him in the future, and it is sad, because I had other work for him too."

"I was so pleased to be connected to Eddie and the Impresa Construction crew through Home Advisor. They were awesome! We had a complete room renovation (floor, ceiling, walls gutted) as well as updating the ceiling, all molding and painting in a dining room. Eddie and his crew were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process and did a beautiful job on everything they touched- flooring, drywall, ceilings, plaster, painting. "I hired Quinn to replace the frame and door on an exterior garage door. He gave me an estimate based on 10 hours of labor. When he finished the job, I asked if I would get a refund since he came in under 10 hours. He said yes and explained that he should have explained that estimates are basically final no matter how long the job takes, but would still honor the refund since his estimate did not explicitly state that policy. It has been over a month and still have not received my refund. He also has stopped answering any of my calls or texts. On top of that, after maybe 10 times of opening the deadbolt lock, it already is completely broken so clearly he uses inferior hardware or installed it incorrectly. Either way, I would never even think about recommending this hack to do any work. He was paid a half price deposit before doing the work and I paid him the remainder as soon as he ?completed the job,? so he can?t even act like he didn?t get paid a fair price."
