"Pat and his team did a great job remodeling our bathroom. We removed an existing tub, gutted the bathroom to the studs and installed a stand up shower with a bench; new flooring/tiles and fixtures throughout. Also, Pat has a lot of experience that he shared which helped with my decision making (e.g. type of seat for bench, custom made shower pan, which retailers to use for materials, etc.). The project took a total of ~3.5 week to complete and the end result is fantastic. They also did some additional work on my gazebo (installed capping that the previous contractor skipped) and a vent fan in the kitchen. I would consider them for any future renovation projects."

"The entire process was very professional. The sales agent came out in April and gave us an estimate and we signed a contract with him a couple months later. The door and custom transom took approximately 8 weeks, which was a little longer than we anticipated, but it was well worth the wait. My husband and I are both happy. "The boards on the porch of our house were rotting and needed to be
replaced, during the quoting process we decided on the materials to use we wanted Ipe boards (Expensive at $6.25 per linear foot ... but we felt well worth the price) Trust Builders LLC gave us the best quote of all received ranging between $13,000
to $22,000.  They came to our house after getting all of the necessary permits and arranging a trash skip.  Jim the foreman and master carpenter modeled supports for the roof that was sagging, removed the columns and boarding. 
The framing and footings under the porch were then inspected and found to be unsuitable for use.  Further funding was
required for the new footings and framing, these were added to the original quote of $13,000 and came to around $2000 (cost price for materials).
The porch was completed to spec and within budget within two weeks.
We are thrilled with the new porch and are probably going to hire Trust Builders LLC to build out our attic space."

"Rich and his crew did a great job. The job took one and a half days. The clean up was through. They used magnetic rollers to find any nails that fell around the house . What could have been a problem turned out fine. One of his workers accidentally put a 3 in. dent in my garage door. Rich told me he would take care of it , and he did. He arranged for a brand new panel to be installed (using my garage door company) and paid for it. No hassles, no excuses the replacement was taken care of immediately.
