"It took weeks and many calls on my part to finally get them to come out. They were not responsive in returning calls. Finally I was given no choice of an appointment--just one day at 9 am, and if I couldn't make it, it would be another week or two. The receptionist told me they didn't have time because they were handing their "regular" customers.  The work was just ok. They blew leaves off of the roof and very small yard, but left about 10 minutes of leaf-blowing in the front yard because the 3 hours was up.  Disappointing they didn't finish the job even it meant going over the time a few minutes.  Wouldn't use them again."

"I typically don't post reviews and I have never posted a review on Angie's List before, however, the service I received from Salvador was exceptional and deserves a review.  Salvador returned my call the same day I left a voicemail and met with me a few days later.  He called me the day after we met and gave me a verbal estimate over the telephone.  After accepting his offer he hand delivered a written estimate.  Salvador and his crew arrived promptly at 8 am on the start-day we had prearranged.  They worked efficiently and neatly and always with respect to my concerns and opinions.  He even took the time to go to the nursery with me to get a sense of which plants and trees I liked best.  When Salvador discovered unexpected problems, he took care of them swiftly without adding unanticipated expense to me.  He was able to troubleshoot chronic problem areas in our yard that other landscapers and gardners had been unable to solve for us.  For example, a part of our backyard always floods during the rainy season.  Even though this was the sole reason we redid our backyard 2 years ago (with another landscaper) the problem remained unsolved.  Salvador quickly pointed out that despite the redo 2 years ago, the backyard still sloped downward in the 2 flooded areas. Salvador releveled the backyard and added additional drains to solve our problem.  Another example, an area of our flowerbed was doing poorly - the lavender was dying, and the azaelas weren't thriving.  I had repeatedly pointed this out to our gardener for the past year, but our gardener postulated that it was a fungus and there was nothing that could be done.  I pointed out the same problem to Salvador and he noticed that the ground there was dry and that the sprinkler drip in that area was broken! 
 
I am so happy with Salvador's work, and trust me, I'm an extremely picky and hard to please person.  This is the fourth contractor I chose from Angie's List this year.  I also chose an arborist (to cut down our 70+ year old tree), a gutter person to repair our leaking gutters, and a roofer.  For each of these jobs I got three estimates and ultimately chose a contractor that was highly ranked and highly reviewed (if not the highest) in their respective fields on Angie's List. And I must say I was dissatisfied with all of them- the arborist, gutterer, and roofer. In my book they would all get C's even though the majority of others gave them A's.  The one exception is Salvador.  I give him an A.  He's the best.  He's knowledgeable, honest, hardworking.  I noticed his few negative reviews are from people who got a verbal estimate but no written estimate, or the written estimate was not detailed enough, or there was no followup after the consultation.  The complaints aren't about the actual work he did on their yards because they ultimately did not use his services.  I admit his written estimate is on the sparse side - it's not that detailed.  But if you discussed something, he will do it (and even more) whether it's on the written estimate or not.  He's a man of his word. I'll re-echo a prior reviewer: Get him if you can, you won't be disappointed!

"I needed a dog run fixed (involved concrete repairs, etc) and some of my wooden fence in the back yard. Bradley and his crew did a timely and quality job at a reasonable cost. I would have given Bradley a 5/5 stars, but I ended up doing the staining of the fence boards myself. To Bradley's credit, he did call me later in the day and offered to stain the fence boards at no additional cost, but I had already completed this task. I did appreciate his gesture. Overall, I was satisfied with his services and would hire him again for other projects around the house or yard."
