"I'm a very active Gardener by hobby and have been for 45 years. Because of the drought, I had to shut off the water to our front lawn and big hillside in May of 2022. As expected, the lawn died and 147 the native shrubs I planted on the hillside in 1993, started dying from old age and also from the loss of water. The front yard is fairly large and the hillside is 140 feet long and 15' t.o 25' high from the public sidewalk. These shrubs became a huge wildfire hazard as were the four very large Hollywood juniper next to the house and two very large Italian cypress next to the driveway. The very large olive tree in the center of our front yard was starting to look terrible because of the loss of water and was an main allergy agent for us. I had all of this removed. Seven trees and 147 shrubs from the hillside. The end result was a moonscape appearance for nearly a year. We hired Sampson Landscaping to landscape, hardscape, install lightning and drip irrigation to this large blank canvas. It's done and looks amazing as all our immediate neighbors and passerbys have told us and keep telling us. We are very, very pleased with the job that Sampson did for us. We removed 7 trees but got 6 new ones to replace them. The estimated timeliness was 3 weeks from start to finish and was started ontime and completed in 2 weeks and 2.5 days. We made several design choice changes that added to to the total cost but the job remained on budget in lieu of those changes. We Stronly recommend Sampson Landscaping."

"We were in need to Remodel our Bathroom due to leak from the pipe in between two Bathrooms and change out the plumbing of our house from galvanized steel to copper, upgrade drain to ABS pipes. Geico Builders crew had an immediate availability to solve our issues. Mila was assigned to our project as a project manger. The communication of the project manager was outstanding as well as guidance on what has to be purchased for completing our beautiful Bathroom. Once the water leak was discovered and the subfloor damage was assessed. A repair plan was quickly in place for the leak. Plus a plan to restructure and build a stronger subfloor. Overall, Mila and Supervisor Ruiz and their team were very excellent at staying on schedule and completing the project with quality workmanship. Overall we are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom. Our renovation project was completed on time and the new look absolutely met our expectations. Our main expectations/requirements were a regular shower pan, the shower walls and the flooring, all done with quality porcelain tile. Adding a shampoo niche and 2 safety grab bars in the shower area. Plus the bench which I am so happy with. All of these items were installed with attention to detail and with quality workmanship. "Splendidly! The work took 3 weeks from the first day, which is exactly how long he estimated. I cannot praise Nato Vargas and his crew enough. They were here working everyday, without fail from 8am to 5pm. At the end of each day they carefully closed the gates and left the place clean and organized. Nato Vargas was always available - every time I needed to talk to him he answered his phone immediately. On more than one occasion my husband and I changed our minds about various things in the plans and Nato was extremely positive and willing to do exactly what we wanted and offered his suggestions for the design as well. He was more than fair when negotiating prices. I have never had a more pleasant experience with a project of this proportion. I interviewed 5 landscape contractors for this project and chose Nato because he had the most competitive bid and was very punctual and courteous and professional.
