"Sam responded immediately on a Saturday to my request for service to install an over-the-range microwave that Home Depot's installers delivered but would not install due to not having the correct tools to deal with my kitchen's plaster walls. My old microwave was sitting on my kitchen floor and my new microwave was still in its box. Sam came to the rescue, even though he wasn't officially working on the Saturday in question. Two hours later the new microwave was installed and working perfectly. Sam was very meticulous about his work, which I appreciate. He is incredibly professional and willing to work with whatever ideas you might have. He went above and beyond and found scaffolding for our tall ceilings which others weren't willing to do. He allowed our painters and electricians to use this as well which ultimately saved us costs in other parts of our project. His quotes are fair and he is always quick to respond.
