"I used them back in 2015 and was impressed with them. So I decided to use them again. I was quoted an hours worth of work. Then, when it came to the final bill, was charged for two hours worth of work, and this was with 2 men working the job. They were just replacing 3 pendant lights and 1 dining room light. So I was surprised and disappointed that it took that long. More importantly, one of the workers said something inappropriate to me. It made me feel very uncomfortable and afraid. So I called the owner to tell him what happened. He said he would speak to him. I felt like the owner could have taken me more seriously, been more sympathetic and apologetic about it. He made it sound like he was almost defending him. *** Update on this: The owner did speak with his crew member and said there was a misunderstanding of what he said and apologized for it. However, I know what I heard. Even to the end, it seemed like the owner was still defending him. Either way, I won't be using them again after my experience."

Walked the property to determine and ensure all lighting was working before departure. Extremely professional. Completed new installation within record time. I am extremely grateful for the professional level of work performed. Phenomenal job!! "JP Landscaping wowed me from the minute they started work until the time they finished. I have truly never worked with a better contractor and crew than this group. We hired them to help correct a drainage issue on the side of our back yard that was allowing water flow toward our home during strong storms. Jose met with us and determined a plan to add a wall to hold the water and push toward the drainage system they added so that water would flow to the road and not toward our house. It turned out to be beautiful and functional! He has the hardest working and most professional crew!"

"We bought a fairly new home and with the exception of two lights on the garage and one at the front door, no real outside lighting. We chose to go with Neupen Lighting because of the positive online reviews theyâ ve received along with competitive pricing. A little more than a week ago they installed 4 low voltage led lights to illuminate columns on the front of the house, a flood light above a front awning, 2 lights onto both sides of the house, and a timer/control box inside the garage. We are happy with the aesthetically pleasing appearance; that the lights are not overpowering especially the side lights that provide a floodlight effect but again, arenâ t overpowering; and weâ re especially pleased with the added sense of security this provides. We were impressed with Nupenâ s workers who showed up on time; went about their job and even though it was lightly raining, finished with no issues; and finally, I was especially pleased that they were able to add two additional lights that I originally hadnâ t ordered. We have no reservations about recommending Nupen."

"Instead of just lighting the driveway he designed the lighting plan, picking particular trees to light to illuminate an aesthetic path up to the house.  The result is wonderful!  The lights on the walkway to the and deck are carefully positioned and the entire effect is wonderful.  I plan to have him back to do lights in the backyard as well.

"Very responsive, a professional and very pleasant mechanic, excellent work, a bit exspensive, over $500.00 for 5plugs. The problem is they failed to fix the plug that was dead and failed to investigate or repair the flickering lights. I still have no idea if there is a fire hazard due to an electrical short. They did not appear to have any interest in dealing with the issue. Bottom line: I now have to hire another electrician. I originally chose Palmer because they are local, were very responsive to my inquiry and had an excellent rep per Angie's List. It is unclear to me why they were unwilling to complete the job. In any event, they failed me. I will identify and retain another electrician, just not through Angie's List . They failed me as well."
