"They came and cleaned the gutters and then departed. Did not stop to tell us what they had done, or to tell us when and how to pay them. I know they were very busy on the day they came, but a quick knock on our door and a quick "hello" would have been welcomed. Or even a follow-up phone call. Hard to evaluate the "ratings.""

"George agreed to do my job, which was small, so that was a blessing since most contractors are not interested in small jobs. His guy did a great job replacing 2 damaged gutters. However, a longer **drip shield** was needed, which was not mentioned or installed. George states this is not part of the gutter, so they created a solution. He offered to come back and fix the problem (for free), but it has been 3 months and I have still got brand new leaky gutters."
