"Great. The two man team sent out, Cory and Justin, were exemplary representatives for Weather Seal, polite, professional, and highly competent at their job. Very detail oriented, work performed to a very high standard, work done to a finish level that rises to craftsman. I was actively monitoring quality and attention to detail - and pleasantly surprised each time. Also very respectful of our home and our property. Cory even changed the order of work over the 3-4 weeks in order to not disturb a mother chickadee who had built her nest behind one of the stucco panels. Clean- up over the multi week job was frequent and thorough. They were both great guys and I would recommend them and their work unconditionally. Would hire them again without reservation. Not the lowest bid, but a textbook case to illustrate that you get what you pay for. But not an exorbitant quote, either. JP, sales rep was low key, low pressure pleasant to work with."

Any concern I had they addressed it right away, but what was better than that was the fact that any concern I had,, they were already aware of and hand plans in place. "I recently started inquiring about getting a new roof installed. I met with each company but one really stuck out while trying to pick the contractor to install the most important part of my home. Storm Maters' Kerry Klein arrived on time, actually started to inspect the roof before I got there. Once I did get to the house, Kerry was actually measuring the entire roof; first contractor to do that. Once he was done on the roof, approximately 30 minutes, I had the pleasure of speaking to him about some of my concerns. The entire quote took about an hour and a half but my concerns became his. He offered many solutions, he's extremely knowledgeable and very, very thorough. He climbed every inch of my attic inspecting it as he went to ensure he didn't miss anything. He delivered the quote, along with product and warranty information, the very next day in a professional package. I would highly recommend giving Kerry an opportunity to inspect your property and give you a quote. "I first want to state how professional and courteous they were. They showed up when they said they would and took the time to explain to me what the process was for them to remove it. It was incredible to watch him climb up and make his cuts than scale down the tree. he also dropped the limb exactly where he said he would, safely out the way. when he was done he went over and cleaned up the entire area and removed all the debris for me, which was huge as i'm unable to due to disabilities. All en all is was a great experience and i would definitely use them again for any future tree problems that may arise. Strongly recommend using them for all your tree service needs."

"The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They only tore off a portion of the roof that could be replaced that day so we didn't have to worry about tarps. It took a few days but they were very careful and considerate of the house and landscaping. We had some issues with the roof looking like it was buckling in places and the owner was quick to come out and check it out. He said the shingles needed to settle in and heat up good before they will lay completely flat, I was skeptical about that answer but he said if they don't lay flat then they will tear it off and do it again. Sure enough, they did lay flat by the end of summer and everything looks fine now.

"I hired Elysium based on online reviews for wallpaper removal in kitchen, foyer, stairwells and bathroom. I was quoted it would be 3 day project and price was good. A subcontractor was sent out, not Elysium painting. Well as far as wallpaper removal, they did not remove the glue but instead did a lot of sanding and plaster to cover the glue . The kitchen turned out nice and you could tell they took their time. As for the rest of the job, they hurried on the last day and painted over a lot of the glue, did not sand all the plaster down and only did 1 coat of paint without primer. It looked horrible. I called the subcontractor who was very apologetic and long story short he came out and fixed it. Elysium called and apologized as well. It ended up looking better but not as nice as I thought it would . While I was thankful they came and fixed it, overall I just wasn't too thrilled with the whole experience. There was not a lot of communication, always late, cancellations,dirty drop cloths, didn't do a great job sealing off my house to prevent sanding dust from getting everywhere, my whole house smelled like cigarettes as they took a break very often, different people everyday,overcharged me for paint but I just let that go because I was over it all . Very nice people but I would have taken my time to read reviews next time. After they got into the job they realized my walls were in pretty bad shape but I would have rather they stop and renegotiate with me to get the job done in a nice professional way and not try to make up labor costs on the paint."

"They showed up early and asked if they could go ahead and get started.  They did my roof in one day.  They cleaned up extremely well.  They guaranteed their work.  Made sure all the nails were picked up.  Had put tarp all around the house.  Removed all lawn ornaments and put them all back when they are done.  Did all the extras not necessarily asked for - went the extra mile that we really appreciated.  Their crew was absolutely wonderful, cordial.  Any questions we had they answered.  Brian, the Sales Manager, came out everyday to keep watch.  The experience was fabulous.  The owner even came out to see how things were going.  They worked with our insurance company and went over the house with them.  It would be a wonderful world if all companies had this work ethic.  I recommended them to my neighbors and 3 of them hired them."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
