"Only a few minor complaints. We were not sure which day the contractors were coming. We were told Tues or Wens, but had asked for confirmation to ensure we were home. We were caught off guard when they showed up Tues morning. We were also not aware the job would take as long as it did. We were quoted half a day, but it actually took 1.5 days. Taking the time for quality is fine with us, but would have been good to know ahead of time. There was also an issue with our bathroom sink. It was completely clogged with drywall plaster. I did not notice it before they left because I had already checked the work in that bathroom. I had to buy a sink plunger, and a snake tool to get it functioning again. I have an older home on a septic system, drywall down the drain is never a good idea. I'm surprised they would even clean tools inside the house, let alone a bathroom sink. They did the majority of their cleaning outside. I also though it was a little weird that no one called to see if we were happy with the job. I guess this survey fulfills their need for feedback. The quality of work was phenomenal. PHENOMENAL. Couldn't be happier with they way things turned out. Great care taken to ensure the repair was seamless. I will definitely use them again."

"Work with smoothly, even with weather not always cooperating and a few staffing changes throughout the duration of the project. Jason and his crew kept us up to date with progress, rough estimates on % done and remaining, and any delays with material or labor. We also expanded scope and did slight design tweaks through the process, which Jason was accommodating of and provided revised estimates ahead of starting any new work. Provided pictures are one year out after beds have been expanded and planted in."

George was willing to work with the ideas that I had for building the fire pit and patio.  He was very responsive during the project when I would stop him and ask questions, or suggest a different way to do the layout and design.  The patio and fire pit turned out nicely.  On the lawn work - seeding, mulching, leveling - I felt that George was trying to get done and get to another job, and maybe didn't spend as much time and care as I would have liked.  If you hire him for a job, be aware that he is pretty much a one man show, and is sometimes slow to respond to emails and calls, and can get behind schedule quickly when the weather is bad.
