Upon inspection, Dave said that no posts needed to be replaced. He did repairs on 3 posts & replaced the bottom trim on all 4 posts. He then repainted all the posts & fascia. I was so happy with his honesty,work & reliability (he kept all appointments, reminded me when he was coming & arrived on time) that I am contracting with him to do some other jobs around the house."

He figured out an ingenious way to hoist the heavy door to the second floor, and very skillfully and quickly adjusted the frame to fit the door, and affixed the heavy-duty hinges. And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. And the price-tag for all this was remarkably low -- only a third the price I'd been quoted by another local handyman firm. We used them for a large job to frame, drywall, spackle and trim the attic plus fit doors for storage spaces.
