I received Edvin's name (owner of Edram) as a referral. I asked him to come over and look/bid on a job that I was having done. He was on time and friendly. Edvin came with some of the best ideas to maximize the space. At this point I had spoken with two other contractors and like his ideas and plans the best. I also liked that he would be on site doing most of the work himself. He and his team started quickly and worked hard when on sight. Edvin's communication and attention to detail was key in making sure there was not any issues that need to be redone or changed. This limited the time of the job and addition costs to me. He allowed me to order some of my own finishes and materials, even though this cost him and the team additional time on the job waiting for them to arrive. The finished product was great they did a 100% custom job ad a very fair price. I highly recommend this company and have giving his name and number to others all ready.

"They did good on painting and floor installation. However when finished they didn’t put the wall plate covers and door stoppers that was removed back on. They gave a quote for everything that I needed done but then came back with a different quote and reasoning. There was just a lot of miscommunication on pricing and material. They had me to order more mixed paint than was needed. Other items that weren’t needed."

"We had Emerson Paints paint the exterior of our home. This company is so professional. They got my appointment within two weeks like I had asked. When I had questions or concerns they answered everything in such a friendly, calming and professional manner. The painter was friendly and so kind and worked so hard. Our house looks amazing and brand new. They were careful to tape up all the areas that weren't getting painted and I even saw the painter go around with a brush touching up tiny little spots and he didn't leave until he had it all done. When the job was finished everything was cleaned up and moved back into place. The next day I got a call from the office so they could make sure I was satisfied."

We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.

"Randy is the best! He came back to make sure the job was done to his liking. Even took a little longer than he expected but that was only because we were in the home and the home was fully furnished so they had to move all furniture and protect it and work around a 2 yo in the process! They were wonderful to have around and were extremely professional. I plan on hiring them to do more work in the future. The house looks so nice now that it is painted I want to upgrade the floors! He even hired a maid to clean up after he was done!"
