"ad an excellent experience with this electrician. He came out to my building to take a circuit breaker panel out of service and perform the necessary disconnects. Instead of just doing the work and charging us, he took the time to thoroughly inspect the panel and discovered it was not powered at all. He showed me everything clearly and was completely honest about the situation. Because of his integrity, my company saved over $1,500 in unnecessary work. It’s rare to find someone this straightforward and trustworthy in the field. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and professional electrician."

"Current Electric Contracting LLC was efficient and professional in their overall response to our issue. We had to have a few breakers replaced in our panel. Their pricing was fair. We will definitely keep them in our contractor database and hire them again."

"The owner Anthony was great. He explained everything they had. Todo and how long we would be without power. There work was very clean and neat. The home generator was the best thing we ever did he even comes and serves it every few months to make sure its working as it should. "They 1. kept schedules, 2 2 returned calls, 3. estimated price which came in at the actual price charged, 4. Did the job professionally, it worked, clean, fast 5. this is a "large" company, not a sole proprietor. came with three technical people (which I thought overkill to install ceiling fan, but found it I was one of several appointments, mine being the smallest job."

FAQs for electrical for home addition or remodel installation projects in Fairview, NJ

Because installing coax outlets involves working around existing electrical wiring and confirming proper grounding, many homeowners prefer to hire a licensed electrician. A professional completes the work safely, secures the line behind the wall, and ensures the installation meets local code, which reduces the risk of damage or future repairs.

You still need a coaxial outlet for most cable-based internet services. The modem draws its signal from a cable line that terminates at a dedicated wall jack. Once the modem is online, your Wi-Fi router can broadcast the signal throughout the home, so the outlet’s location doesn’t affect wireless performance. If an existing jack is damaged or in an inconvenient spot, an electrician can move it or install a new one to maintain a strong, reliable connection.

Coaxial cable loses signal strength the farther it runs. A 50-foot length introduces noticeable loss, and a 100-foot stretch can drop the signal by roughly 30%. A weaker signal can result in a fuzzy picture or slower internet speeds. To maintain high performance, limit cable length whenever possible, select the correct cable grade, and route it efficiently. If your layout demands an exceptionally long run, an electrician can install an inline amplifier to boost the signal and maintain picture or data quality.
