Yes there is a 10 year warrenty on repairs, but I'm getting tired of keeping buckets out and having to call after major rain and finding leaks. the roof I am refering to is about 2 hours from Nashville so getting timely responses have been frustrating and having to make the calls when my calls are not returned are getting frustrating. There is evidently another process they offer to detect leaks, but they have not done it yet, I am having to ask for that process to be done. Seems there aren't enough people in the company that know enough about it, so I will have to wait until they can get the one person familiar with the process to come do it. </p> Yes I said I would hire them again only because they have been "nice" and I feel this is an isolated incident. But my patience, which I have had plenty of, is now running thin. We are working on a year now since the repair was done."

"Mr. David Novak and his crew were the best roofers I have ever used. I was impressed with him from the start because he used framing and roofing terminology to describe the work that I was familiar with from having worked in the lumber business. He walked every foot of the roof taking notes during his inspection and found structural defects in the rafters that had to be repaired before roofing could start. He also had to replace over half of the plywood sheets that had rotted over the years. The rafters, which had become a major framing problem, were expertly repaired with brand new lumber. My old roof was replaced with high definition architectural shingles, and is absolutely beautiful. I now have a superior roof on top of sound structural framing that Mr. Novak replaced. This house had major structural problems, and he and his crew were able to fix and correct all of them. All of the men had a high level of expertise. You can depend on the advice Mr. Novak gives because his is the voice of experience and is a real roofer, not a salesman. Best of all his price was more than fair considering all the problems he had to solve with my 60yr old house. His initial estimates included what the price would be if all of the plywood had to be replaced, which I found to be very professional. "I was looking for a highly rated roofing company to come give me a second opinion on my roof that another company had just installed since I had some concerns whether it was installed correctly, and I found that Tim Leeper Roofing was highly rated and gave them a call. They patiently listened to all of my concerns & sent someone to thoroughly check it over for me, and it helped ease my fears about a couple of concerns I had, but he found a couple of issues that needed to be addressed that could've developed into a leak had I not had someone check it. He told me I needed to have a few damaged shingles replaced by the roofing company who installed it, which I was glad to find out before I paid them the balance I owed them. I also learned that my roofing company didn't do some of the extra steps that Tim Leeper Roofing does for their customers, such as routinely request from insurance companies and install new counter-flashing and ice guards around pipes, etc. Made me wish that I'd found Tim Leeper Roofing before I had my roof installed, because they really pay attention to ALL of the details from start to finish. "We used Websters Tree Service in late November 2022 and are happy to share that we are very happy with the services they provided. The important thing is that we agreed on the price estimate (they gave us a discount) and that they did their work exactly as stipulated in the service contract. The removal of the main tree was done precisely, clean (without debris falling into our neighbors backyards), they collected and disposed of all the debris, but left us a good chunk of firewood as we asked them. Then the trimming of the other two trees was done also precisely and very neat. What's more important is that their equipment for the stump grinding was not available on the day of the service provided but nevertheless they assured us that they will finish the job within two days. This is exactly what they did (without any delay) and we are very satisfied with the results - precise, clean and neat. "Chaz and Sheila were wonderful. Chaz is honest and doesn't take on a job that he cannot safely perform to a high quality. After reviewing my list of requests, Chaz and Sheila performed research to find the best options for my situation. Chaz could not do the garage header as it was a 2 man job, but he was so helpful providing other options. I completely appreciate Chaz for not taking a job he couldn't complete well. Chaz and Sheila were always responsive and punctual. Chaz hung 3 sets of new shutters for me, he removed an old squirrel baffle and installed a new replacement, and he repaired wood rot on an exterior door. Chaz and Sheila also gave me estimates on replacing my front porch columns and rails due to wood rot. I didn't have that job done at this time but will look at those options in the future.
