"Straight Forward was one of the many fencing companies that my boyfriend and I had come out to give us an estimate when we were looking to get a new fence. Our whole experience with Straight Forward was remarkable, from start to finish. The owner, Gary was so personal, in comparison to the other companies we had come out. Before we even received a quote back, we knew we wanted to hire his company, regardless of the price (which ended up being very reasonable and awesome anyways). It seemed that he knew what he was doing and he was even informative to us And let us know the process of what his crew would be doing. Once the polite and respectful workers began to work, they were done within less than two days. Keep in mind how impressive this is due to the fact that we had two gates installed, a front fence on both sides of our house, and the remaining perimeter of our decent sized backyard. Once the fence was finished being installed, the workers had cleaned up all of the trash and it was like they had never been there! Except for the fact that we now have a beautiful, new fence to adore. We would hire Straight Forward again in a heart beat and would recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done!"

"The price was okay, but they did a good job. There were a couple of minor issues, but they did fix them. For instance, they didn't have enough of the fence caps so they had to come back out. We would use them again. They were flexible to any changes I wanted. The office personable were great and the installation was good!"

"Good work considering all work was done after hours some in darkness with only the parking lots lighting. 82,000 Sq Ft sealcoating and restrip lines."

"Tom did a great job installing the fence in my backyard. It took a few weeks to order the materials and schedule a date, but once he arrived, the work was done quickly and very well, for WAY less than other quotes I had received. Other quotes were nearly double the price. Highly recommended!"

"The fence was installed satisfactorily, but we requested a certain kind of post caps but were given another (not a huge deal, but still we didn't get what we asked for). But, because the fence abutted our basement bilco doors they had to remove one of the door handles. They proceeded to break both of them. I reported this to the company and they asked that I send pictures, which I did. The company has never replaced or compensated me for the broken door handles.

"Juan and his crew were extremely professional. From the time the job was sold all the way to when the fence was installed. I could not have asked for a better experience dealing with a fence company!"

"We had a break-in, and needed a new basement door and framing installed immediately. This was the only company that confirmed from the start that they would be able to come the same day, and arrived in the time window they estimated. We were obviously a bit shaken up from the break-in, and the contractor went with us to Home Depot to pick out a more secure door. He installed both a new door and a glass/metal exterior security door in a very short amount of time considering how much work was to be done. He stayed until the job was done to our satisfaction, and answered any questions we had. Probably the best customer service experience we have ever had. Calling this place to do everything for us from now on!"

"The installation team was courteous and professional. They connected the back fence to a split rail fence on one side and a chain-link fence on the other while working around several trees on and near the property line. The subtle adjustments around the trees looks amazing. Two sections of fence connect the back corners of the house to the neighbors' fences with a single gate on one side and a double gate on the other. Both gates operate very smoothly and the wire mesh fence was installed almost touching the ground so as to keep the dog safely contained in the yard. We are very pleased with the project."
