We had not heard of LFO, so were a little suspicious when they said they could install in 3 weeks (other fence companies were quoting 7-9 weeks; one never even called back). Sure enough, the showed on right on the appointed day with an expert and professional team. Sean, the owner, went out of his way to point out repair needs in our existing fence. He also gave us great advice along the way to help make our finished product perfect. Sean came by frequently throughout installation days to make sure the project was going as planned, however, his team were clearly very experienced and needed little supervision. They were polite, expert, and meticulous. They cleaned everything up beautifully when finished. We are so happy with the both the experience and the product. "First they had to find why water was rapidly dripping from the kitchen ceiling; it was not obvious as to the problem. They eventually found that the drains from all the upstairs fixtures in two full bathrooms were backing up, so it had to be the main drain pipe. They eventually got it cleared after trying heavy duty drain clearers, but eventually had to use a heavy duty snake. The toilets had to have their seals replaced due to the pressure forcing water through them, and several seals in the drain pipes had to be repaired. About half of the kitchen ceiling had to be replaced. The plumbing work took a long time, but I can't judge if someone else could have found the problem more quickly. The kitchen ceiling repair was done perfectly."

"ll.  It went very well.  The total project took only 5 days despite the summer heat and bugs. The owner provided some good suggestions as to where to place gates and fencing.  It was hard to estimate the exact linear feet because of the terrain,so  we agreed on an initial estimate and agreed to adjust the estimate up or down based on cost per linear foot when the project was completed.  This was fair to both the contractor and us and it worked out well.   The quality of the work was good.  I would have rated excellent except a few posts were somewhat tilted in the pounding in process and one spot where I thought we were going around the tree, the fencing ended up attached to the tree --  not ideal, but the only spot where this happened.
