"Tommy B was efficient and courteous. I knew who to expect since I got the name and a photo of the plumber in a text. He covered his shoes upon entering the home. He gave the price for parts and labor upfront. He replaced my old sump pump with a new Zoeller Sump pump. As he was working he patiently answered my questions. He cleaned the work area thoroughly. Excellent job."

"Repaired a bad section of pipe and replaced old valves. Great work."

"Technicians were on time and very courteous.  They thoroughly inspected and cleaned my 15 yr old air conditioner and changed my air filter as advertised.  Although they indicated that the system was nearing the end of its life due to high readings for volts, and strain on the motor, etc., they did not pressure me to unnecessarily replace parts at this time.  They did provide me with a few options for repairing or replacing the system in the future should it fail, all without the high pressure attempt to sell me more than I need at the moment (something I hate). I would definitely recommend both the company and technicians to others."

"Extremely professional. They showed up on time, repair/replace completed within their time estimate, comprehensive service provided. "They did exactly what they said they were going to do exactly how they said it would be done." Best repair interaction I've had in years!"

"Reid Gravitte and his teams at afterhourshomeimprovement LLC are the definition of customer service. I contacted Reid on Saturday evening, he returned my call and scheduled an appointment as quickly as possible. The team of Walter and Walter took all measures to ensure a clean and safe environment, booties, plastic sheeting and masks are obviously standard protocol. Two others could not find the source of my problem, Walter& Walter were methodical they tested every electrical outlet to find the source of my problem, they had an attitude of searching through a process of elimination. The switch boxes in my guest bathroom, master bathroom and outdoor deck had wires crossed, were not GFI, but were hot. A fire hazard and a major safety issue. After fixing the boxes all were caulked and properly sealed. My immune system is severely compromised socially distancing is of utmost importance. The team was aware of my situation and took every precaution to protect me while they worked. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their professionalism, competence and attention detail will have me contacting Reid Gravitte at afterhourshomeimprovement LLC for any future home improvements or repairs."

"Terrence provided excellent services. He was punctual, professional and courteous. He fixed the clogged bathroom sink immediately and upon my request, showed me how I could unclog the type of sink I have. He also informed me why I wasn’t getting stronger water pressure and what to do to change that. I definitely recommend Terrence and he’s on my list to call whenever I have a plumbing issue."

"Timely, professional, and personable technician. Provided options for repairs and coordinated an assessment for replacement of system. I’m a customer that was moved with the sale of A-One to John C Flood and I am happy with the transition. The work was on my HVAC system, but that was not listed in the drop down."

"Tech came to house and analyzed problem. Showed me what part was needed to replace. Advised me to order part, and when I received the part call him if needed to replace and test."

"After he fixed my clogged garbage disposal quickly, I asked him to take a look at a leak—and he showed me I had misidentified the source of the leak, so he will be replacing my water heater."
