I decided after a few days of not hearing from Dexter, to contact someone else to solve the issue. While Dexter Well and Plumbing is fast to respond to the initial problem, they seem less concerned if there are issues after the fact."

"The estimator/sales person and technicians were top notch. The estimator worked with me on the system requirements and the cost of a new heat pump system. My old system was 20 years old so that the heat pump and inside air handler had to be replaced. Also replaced the thermostat for good measure. The technicians did an excellent job with the install, neat and professional. The system has been working really well. Overall, I believe that I received excellent service at a reasonable cost."
