I decided to go with them because of my friends positive experience. The install was done over two days as they did not have enough crew but was not an issue. After the install was done I noticed that the A/C unit model was different than the one I thought I was getting, I checked my contract and the model installed was a per contract but not the one I wanted. I discussed with my sales person and the management and they rectified the mistake without any fuss. I was really impressed with how professionally they handled and resolved the situation. <br /> After the install I had to call them to check on the heating and they came promptly but discovered  that the plumbing work done was not done correctly and I had water in the furnace room. Paul had an estimate back to us in a couple of days and once we hired him to do the work, he brought over a detailed contract with pricing for us to sign. We gave him a down payment and then installments as the project went along. It took approximately two weeks to finish because we changed some things as we went along. He called us on a regular basis to ensure we were happy and we called him whenever we had questions. He was very easy to contact and always called us back promptly. Paul is very easy to work with and we have hired him to do additional work such as laying hardwood, installing cabinetry, and eventually finishing the rest of our basement.
