The corners and edges of the post and walls are not straight. It is waving about 3/8 inch inside and outside, and the rough spackle job causes all edge uneven. 3, We had to pay extra money to hire someone else to fix it. It was a nightmare. He obviously is a drug addict and has a problem so maybe he should get help Possibly isnâ t the option maybe rehab is. When he came out to survey our prospective job, he listened closely to what we wanted, took notes, did measurements, and made suggestions. Later that day he sent my a proposal, detailing the materials and total cost of the project. Ultimately, the final cost was only about $300 more as additional material was needed. Mr. Nastasi worked a full day each day he was here. He also was honest and direct - he told me when he would arrive in morning, and he did. "Tom and his team were fantastic. Much to my surprise, they were able to start our job(s) almost immediately. A dedicated team showed up everyday until the work was done, which is not what you expect when hiring a contractor. We had a basement and powder room remodeled, and from the beginning, Tom listened and provided advice. In order to stay within our budget, he suggested repainting walls instead of demolishing them, refinishing a floor instead of replacing it, etc. And we couldn't be happier with the results. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is that there were times when communication was slow. But again, they showed up everday and worked incredibly fast and efficiently without sacrificing the quality of the work. I would highly recommend Tom and his team and will absolutely use them for any future work."
