Dug up soil was supposed to be spread out, but we found some pies of dirt and pieces of the old fencing that we had to correct ourselves"

"The installers were very polite and answered all my questions. They completed job quickly and very professional. They cleaned all property and went above and beyond. The fence is very sturdy and watched them pour all correct amount cement and finishing all detailed fencing! My gate works smoothly and closes properly! "Luis, Hector, and entire team were friendly and prompt with the their appointments and accommodating with the installation date. Their price was fair (in the middle) of other estimates I got and the work was excellent. The work was done (about 75 feet of vinyl privacy fence) in half a day. There were several factors I was concerned about the installation as the area contained a very old fence and some overgrown uneven land, but the crew handled it easily and professionally removing all the debris the same day. I was very pleased with the result and would recommend this company to others."

"I felt a little misled by the salesperson, who initially said the company likes to keep projects no more than 2-3 weeks out. I was impressed! Fence companies are known to take a while to install fences. When I eventually signed the contract and placed the deposit, the salesperson said they were 4-5 weeks out. OK—that sounds more like it, I thought. About a week later the Victorian Fence office called to schedule the installation for 6 weeks in the future. That was a little disappointing but still seemed within a normal range for fence companies. After waiting those 6 weeks, Victorian called late the day before the scheduled installation to say they couldn’t do it because they didn’t get the wood in. That was disappointing! They said they’d call the next day with an update, but after waiting several days, I had to call. The woman on the phone offered one explanation, that customers were complaining about their new wood fences being “wet” (which I think means waterlogged?), and then the owner called back and said there was just a shortage—the shipments weren’t coming in from the supplier. He was very nice and explained the situation as best he could. He seemed very above board. He also said they would call with an update. A week later after no updates, I called him, and the fence was installed the next day without any problems. What’s also weird is that twice I asked about having additional fencing installed, because our neighbors wanted 10 feet and a gate to match ours. I left a message with the salesperson and talked to the owner about it, but nothing happened. I understand if an existing order can’t be changed, or if there’s not enough product to install extra, but we were trying to spend more money! At least follow up on a request we made twice. We are happy with our new cedar fence, but I can’t say I’d recommend others use this company."

"Called them for an estimate and set up an appointment for the following week. Scheduled service for 2-3 weeks later and they were able to squeeze me in sooner than that. They do not contract out their work which is nice and the two nicest men came and installed 30' of 6 foot tall PVC fence as well as two chain link gates on my property. They were efficient and very professional even when my elderly neighbor kept coming out and heckling them about property line. <br /> We would definitely use them again. The work they did was so great I want to replace other fencing thats in fine condition seeing how beautiful their new fence looks. Don't think twice, schedule them today. <br />"
