Not only did he take on the job another contractor bailed on (assembling a bookcase), but he also wall-mounted a TV, fixed my driveway gate, and reinforced a wobbly railing on my front steps so it’s now completely solid and steady. All of that — and at really fair prices. I’m already making a new list of projects around the house because I’m genuinely happy to have found someone reliable, skilled, and reasonably priced. The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low.
