"I met with John to give me an estimate to cut a few trees. I had 1 tree in the front yard, 1 tree in the back yard, and about 4 trees just behind the backyard fence. He told me they will use the crane/bucket to cut the front yard tree. My house is surrounded by a chain link fence. I ask him if they will need to break the fence and he said no. I text John later in the week that they can break the fence in the back yard if they needed to because it was already partially broken from the fallen tree branches. When the crew came, the crew leader say he needs to break the front yard fence to get his truck into the backyard. I'm like what? John didn't say anything about that. I thought they were going to climb up the trees in the backyard. Since I was planning to replace the fence, I let them go ahead and break it. They finish the entire job in about 4 hours."

Owner came for payment and said he would send someone out to address the lawn as well as debris cleanup that they left in the street. So I paid him for the job. I have not heard from him since. Took the money and ran. Would not recommend."

They asked where I would like the wood stacked before starting the job and asked if I had any special requirements before they began. They stacked the logs perfectly and professionally in the spot I designated for them before they began. They cleaned up all the little pieces of wood from my yard and driveway before leaving the job.
