"David and his team are AMAZING! They took a day and a half to transform most of my backyard! First, they installed a mortared decorative brick edging all around my beds. Next, I had an area that was basically a muddy mess because of too much water sitting around. He cleared that area, laid big, beautiful pavers down for a walkway and filled in the bare areas with river rock! Finally, they laid fresh brown mulch in my beds. Wow!! I have used these guys in the past and I will most definitely be using them in the future. His crew was very knowledgeable, tidy, productive and kind. Any questions I had, they answered and were on point! Finally, David is very fair on pricing. He’s thorough and is quick to return phone calls and text messages. I love my new backyard and I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg like some of the other landscape companies out there."

As with any construction project, unexpected issues popped, which were not the fault of the concrete company. They immediately let me know my options and gave me top notch recommendations on how to correct the issues and stayed in budget! This company took the extra time to explain and correct the issues. "Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable.
