"We used them for about 9 months. They were pretty good and then they stopped coming. We haven't been able to reach them. They're friendly, cost effective, did a pretty good job. Occasionally would have to point out something they missed but overall they did a pretty good job. Fine interactions with them, they're friendly folks. They could maybe be little more thorough. The problem we have is we haven't been able to get a hold of them and we haven't seen them since June."
