Other firms apply poly covering to avoid this mess. -Original concrete driveway not protected from excess loading from redi-mix truck. Differential settlement of existing pavement panels and cracking resulted. Ask for protective mats to distribute the loads to avoid this. -Imported black dirt for landscape repairs and beds was high quality organic material. -Negotiated additional driveway removal and replacement. Fair with price at same unit cost as original quote."

"Really well - i have used several small landscapers (and even other contractors) over the years, and Josh was by far the best overall experience.  I got his name from a friend who used him for a larger project last year.  I think the price was fair but not cheap, hence my B rating there, but honestly I was not really able to get an equivalent bid from anyone else.  So i could be wrong there.   Overall the experience from sales through design and execution was great.  Josh is knowledgeable and easy-to-work-with, not typical pushy sales.  He worked with us on a great design from my rudimentary sketch, and it turns out to be EXACTLY what we wanted.  We engaged him in the fall, and they were not able to get the project done before winter (although he had never promised to.)  But he said we'd be first on the list in the spring.  He contacted us in March to finalize plans and get a deposit, then got the work done ASAP in mid-April.  They came when they said they would, with a crew of 3 and got the project done in 3 days.  I can't speak to long term quality, but am extremely pleased so far, and hopeful it holds up.   Since this is a front patio, we get many compliments from neighbors on the sidewalk, and have shared Josh's name several times.  Would recommend him highly!  Thanks again, Josh!

"The project sent well, Because of our recent wet weather, the project had to be delayed a couple of days awaiting more favorable conditions. Brad kept is informed about all delays and when they started he instructed his experienced 4 person team to lay down 4x8 sheets of plywood to prevent lawn damage with the heavier equipment used to remove old pressure-treated timbers next to the house and 3 overgrown shrubs in other areas. He replaced the timber wall with an attractive boulder wall which will allow for better drainage away from my home. The yard looks good and the new plants and design flow well together. Brad used as many existing plants as possible and replaced others that were unhealthy, in undesirable areas or had outgrown their location. He also moved some plants we wanted to keep to new locations on the property where they were a better fit. Brad and his crew were focused, friendly and pleasant to deal with. This works to their advantage because they charge you for a whole hour ($70) even if they're there just 10 minutes. They determine the time based on the GPS tracker in the service vehicle. Both times the guy sat in his truck for 30 minutes after he was finished. Work was completed but 2 sprinkler heads still don't pop up."
