"The provider did a wonderful job both quickly and for a reasonable price. On the very day I talked to him about the problem he came out to look at the roof and was able to ascertain quickly what the problem was. He came out the next day and made the repairs. He guaranteed the repairs for a year and even followed up with us after the first big rain after the repair was completed. We have had no issues with our roof since he came out."

"My husband and I are big DIYers, but when it came to the exterior finish of our home, we just didn't have the time or expertise to do it correctly ourselves.
We spent a lot of time and energy working on the interior of the house, but we didn't really pay any attention to the exterior.  We started looking at the siding this fall and realized that it was in pretty bad shape. 
We have board & batten siding, very typical for our area, and we had 8 sheets that needed to be replaced and several more that needed some minor repair.  We also had rotted batten boards everywhere (not sure of the total count that was replaced).
I contacted Castle Rock to set up an appointment for an estimate and Jim called me right back and made an appointment for the next day.  Jim was very professional and experienced, and gave me a great quote on repainting the house.
The work went smoothly, and the crew that came out to complete the repairs and the painting were courteous and professional.  They cleaned up when the work was done and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!!

"Mike responded to my inquiries about services promptly, coming out and getting me an estimate and talking the repairs over with me.  I wasn't entirely sure the exact nature of the repairs I needed (I was having to go back and forth with the insurance company) but Mike was great and very adaptable with my changing needs!  We revised what he was going to do for a me a couple of times and he was able to adjust his estimates each time.  I also work about 50 hours a week, and he was ready and willing to work around that schedule so I could be here when he was doing the work.
He replaced the dry rot exterior in three different places (including my second floor siding), painting the repairs to match the rest of the house.  He also repaired some missing fascia and painted it to match as well.  He went around the second floor siding and caulked any gaps I had forming in the panels too.  While caulking, he also double checked my fascia so that I could be assured no more problems from the insurance company.
I think he did a great job! Communicated well, kept to the scheduling he gave me, and in the end his estimate was dead on.  I've already got plans to have him come back in a few months and do more work for me.
