"I owned the dirtiest "new construction" house in history. Look at the photos. I got the owner on the phone. A few questions on the anatomy of the house and he gave me a fair price. The we set a date, they called the next day to ask if they could come on short notice after an opening in the schedule (it was a stellar day so I accepted. The worker was tireless -- ******* hoses and spray bottles all over. He explained what he would do and any concerns I had. After hours of hard work he brought me out and showed me one impossible to reach corner of siding 35 feet up (no ladder that long and he isn't in roofing business), After I paid (and went inside) he climbed up on the roof (an option we discussed and I told him not to worry about it). and got the one spot. He displayed a lot of pride and dedication -- as if he owned the company himself. I truly believe most companies would have politely backed out after seeing the ridiculous amount of buildup."

"Eric Herter responded on time to do a walk-through for an estimate as appointment was set.  We went over the job with him we wanted done and he sent estimate.  We agreed to the work.  The yard maintenance went well as it has in the past.  The crew that was sent to do the work was efficient and courteous, they were punctual and did a fine job.  The leader of the crew, Mike, rebuilt the retaining wall.  He worked very hard the second day, but didn't finish.  I then received a call that he wouldn't be back the next day to finish - it may be a day or two.  Mike came back two days later and completed the job.  He did a very good job with the wall and we were pleased, however, at the time Eric walked through to do the estimate with us, he stated they would power wash each stone that needed cleaning before it was put back.  That did <strong>not</strong> happen.  Eric also said he personally would be out the second day to see how things were doing, but called with an excuse.  Then the day the crew was to finish the job Eric called with an excuse about not having a crew and not being able to pull from some other client so we would have to wait.  He also was going to come out and see how it all went when the job was finished, but called with another excuse.  All in all we were pleased with the work...it just took longer than I think they estimated.  We thought the stones would be washed as Eric stated during the initial walk though and felt Eric should have come by during the work at some point and met with us as a professional courtesy.  Even though we have used this company in the past and  been pleased, we may look for a different service next spring.  "

"We saw an ad in the Smart Shopper Coupon Book for Wolf Power Washing and called to get an estimate. We asked Joe Wolf to bring along his equipment so that if we agreed to a price, the job could be done right away. One wall of the upper level was turning green from mildew and algae. Areas around outdoor lighting had a lot of debris, cobwebs and bugs. Joe was very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. We agreed on a price and he started immediately. He worked non-stop and hard for a couple of hours, getting on the roof to get the upper area, using a brush where needed and even pointed out areas of algae and mildew we had not noticed. The house looked really good when he was done. But when we looked at it the next day, the siding looked brand new. We are so pleased with the job he did and recommend him to anyone who wants their house to look nice and clean on the outside. One of our neighbors even asked if we were moving because of the way we spruced it up and then asked for the information on the company we used. It was that good! <br />"
