Time was taken to listen to what we wanted/didn’t want and thorough explanation given of the entire process. On 5/2/25 Stellar contracting called to review details and confirm our choices. On 5/5/25 Stellar scheduling called and full installation scheduled for 5/9/25, completed 1 day! The crew and project manager, Cisco, were fabulous to deal with on the install day and even after. Combine that with the fact I was warned about how they are quick to go the half-a** route when encountering a problem vs. actually doing the right thing and solving the problem. I've heard many accounts of this company just throwing up flashing and tar over a problem area of a roof instead of taking off the bad old roof and fixing it the correct way. People please get MANY MANY quotes for MANY different companies and you will quickly see that Proctor is a rip-off artist."
