"I called Wyman Works because I thought I had done something to our refrigerator. I accidentally unplugged it and when I turned it back on, it felt like it wasn’t cooling. They were able to come within a couple of hours. Looked at the issue and immediately knew the problem. It was actually how I had filled the refrigerator with company coming and not anything to do with the unplugging. They were considerate, professional, and quickly resolved the issue. I have had Wyman works respond as a part of our Home Warranty but this was outside the Home Warranty. In all cases, they have been a joy to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Responsive, professional, extremely considerate, and more than competitively priced. I hope I don’t ever need them, but knowing they’re out, there brings a sense of calm when thinking about potential problems with our appliances. "

"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required.
